'MGR' at the sabha . . .

This man was seen in Row 3 at Narada Gana Sabha at the opening event of Kartik Fine Arts on Sunday morning. And he did get himself into the cameras of local media.

We snapped him outside the hall after the awards event was over. Was this MGR look-alike here because a MLA ( state legislator) was on stage or to give the 'season' some color.
